German hardliner Elected as next Pope

Very interesting - I think he was a very good choice as a national of the developed world -

Imagine how much attention and or notice 3rd world countries will take when he starts telling them about how they should live their lives in regard to: abortion, birth control, aids prevention by abstinence outside of marriage, gay and womens rights etc - Probably less than the developed world.

Certainly a better outcome than if they had picked a black hardline traditionalist from the 3rd world.
