Labor's Policies Overboard

In just a few weeks after their Federal Election defeat, Labor has dropped 6 of their key policies overboard.

They have jettisoned their policies on: Tariffs , Private schools, Health insurance, 100 per cent Medicare, Tasmanian forests and Industrial relations. It looks like they are trying to remake themselves in the same mould as Mr Howard's Liberals and Nationals.

Unfortunately, for South Australian state Labor they have not shaken off the shackles of their local union masters so easily.

While Mr Rann's spin machine has made state Labor into a "Liberal" look alike business friendly party, they can no longer hide their Industrial Relations policy in the closet. A policy that is now being referred to, by their remaining Federal colleagues, as "fundamentally flawed".
